摘要
分别采用电热板消解和密闭罐消解进行土壤样品前处理,根据加标回收实验和国家标准物质(GBW07403)验证实验,结果显示,使用电热板消解-ICP-MS法分析土壤中铍、锂、钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、锗、砷、硒、锶、锆、铌、钼、钯、银、镉、铟、锡、钡、钽、钨、铼、铊、铅、铀可获得较好的准确性和精密度,而密闭消解罐消解-ICP-MS法则更适于土壤中钪、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、铱、铂、金、钍的检测,各元素的检出限为0.311~94.36ng/L,相对标准偏差为0.55%~5.03%。表明不同消解方法适于土壤中不同矿质元素的检测。应用所建立的方法,对新疆地区2个葡萄园的土壤样品中49种矿质元素进行了分析。
Soil samples were digested in the electric heating board and the closed teflon vessel, respectively. According to the recoveries of standard addition of each element and the certified values of the national soil standard( GBW07403 ), the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) with electric heating board digestion was suitable for the determination of such elements as Be, Li, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Sr, Zr, Nb, Mo, Pd, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Ba, Ta, W, Re, Tl, Pb and U, while the method of ICP - MS with closed teflon vessel digestion showed high accuracy and good precision for the analyses of Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Ir, Pt, Au and Th. The detection limits for 49 elements were in the range of 0. 311 -94. 36 ng/L, and the relative standard deviations were 0. 55% -5.03%. The results indicated that different methods of sample digestion would be fit for the analysis of different mineral elements in soil. 49 mineral elements in soil from two different vineyards in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were determined by the established method.
