检测65KD热休克蛋白抗体对Ⅰ型糖尿病诊断的意义 被引量:3

摘要 利用卡介苗(BCG)65KD热休克蛋白作为抗原,ELISA法检测Ⅰ型糖尿病患者血清中64KD抗体。对30例Ⅰ型糖尿病、30例Ⅱ型糖尿病、5例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、8例甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)的患者及44例健康人血清进行检测。结果表明,64KD抗体在Ⅰ型糖尿病中的检出率为83.3%,在Ⅱ型糖尿病中的检出率为13.3%,在SLE及甲亢中均为阴性,健康人仅1例阳性。此方法的批内变异系数为4.57%~8.62%,批间变异系数为5.57%~12.7%。诊断特异性为94.6%,诊断敏感性为83.3%,诊断指数为177.9%。 BCG 65KD heat shock protein was taken as antigen to detect serum 64 KD antibody in type Ⅰdiabetes mellitus(DM) by ELISA. The results of 30 cases with type Ⅰ DM, 30 cases with type Ⅱ DM, 5 cases with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE), 8 cases hyperthyroidism and 44 healthy individuals showed 64KD antibody was positive in 83.3% of type Ⅰ DM, 13.3% of type Ⅱ DM, but negative in all SLE and hyperthyroid patients, and only one positive in the healthy individuals. CV of this method is 4.57%~8.62% within group, and 5.57 %~12.7% among groups. Diagnostic specificity is 94.6%. Diagnostic sensitivity is 83.3%. Diagnostic index in 177.9%.
