500例患者及家属对中草药认知情况调查分析

500 psychic patients and the family members＇ survey about the cognition of herbal medicine

目的：了解患者及家属对中草药的认识、了解和需求情况。方法：采用自行设计的问卷对就诊的患者或家属进行随机调查。结累：发放调查表格521份，回收有效问卷500份，有效率95．97％。结论：人们对中草药治疗疾病的特点、范围及其不良反应、煎煮方法的认识和了解存在偏差，但老百姓仍偏爱中医中药。只要我们讲究职业道德，提高药品质量，稳定药品价格，做好汤剂煎煮服务，改进汤剂矫味工作，正确地宣传、教育、解释、引导，中医中药事业就能够得到很好地传承和发扬。

Objective： Find out the patients and the family members the situation of recognization, understanding and the demand of the herbal medicine. Methods： Using the voluntarily design questionnaire to randomly investigate patients and their family members. Conclusion： The people has deviation in understanding the herbal medicine treat disease＇s characteristic, range, side effect and decoction. But civilians still like traditional Chinese medical science. As long as we are fastidious about professional ethics, improve the quality of medicines, stabilize and uniform the price, do well in decoction service, reform the rectify of the decoction,promote,educate,explain and guide correctly, the traditional Chinese medical science can carry forward.
