摘要
本文概述了现阶段高校毕业生实习状况及存在问题,分析了问题产生原因,提出一种切实可行的高校毕业生实习新模式,即"长期双境导师制"模式,并阐述了该模式的基本内涵与要点。
This paper summarised the practical situation and existing problems at present stage, analysed the reasons of the problems, and put forward a new reasonable practical mode of ＂long term and double environment tutor type＂, then stated the basic contents and main points of the mode.
