摘要
2008年我国煤炭经济运行出现拐点且在煤炭价格、煤炭库存和煤款回收等三方面表现突出。这是我国GDP长期高于10%的增速运行而必然要回归的经济规律与2008年爆发的全球经济危机两大因素综合作用的结果。2009年,我国煤炭经济运行相关方面应采取合理的政策措施,促使煤炭产业科学发展。
In 2008, China＇s coal economic operation encountered a turning point that showed mainly in three aspects： coal price, coal stock and due payment of coal. It was caused by two factors comprehensively, i.e. the objective law of economic operation of China, and the global economic crisis in 2008. The governments and coal enterprises should take reasonable policies and measures to promote the scientific development of coal industry.
