高速铁路已成为世界铁路发展的主要潮流,它不仅具有明显的节能环保效应,而且更重要的是能完全实现用电力牵引作业,具有独有的"以电代油"功能,从而大幅度降低了整个铁路运输对石油的依赖,优化了能耗结构,有助于能源的可持续发展。
High-speed railways have been a main trend of the world railways development. That is because it not only has obvious effects of energy saving and environmental protection, but also can make the transportation driven by power and the other renewable energy. To replace oil with power is a unique feature in the whole transportation system. This can greatly reduce its dependency on oil for the whole railways transportation, optimize energy consumption structure and benefit energy sustainable development.
