摘要
为探讨帕金森病(PD)黑质多巴胺神经元的死亡方式,本文用DNA未端标记法,借助荧光显微镜观察黑质神经毒素MPP^+对儿茶酚胺细胞株PC12细胞凋亡的影响。结果发现,低浓度的MPP^+(20~80uM)可诱导PC12细胞凋亡,高浓度时(10~200uM)则主要引起细胞坏死。本文提示凋亡可能参与了PD多巴胺神经元死亡的早期阶段。
To explore the model of cell death in parkinson's disease (PD) substantia nigra, we observed the effect of MPP+ on apoptosis in PC12 cell by fluorescence microscopy using the DNA labeling methods. The results show MPP+ cause apoptosis at low concentrations (20-80uM) and necrosis at high concentrations (100-200uM). The studies suggested that the apoptosis involve in the early phase of dopaminergic cell death in PD.
