东菱精纯克栓酶(DF—521)治疗脑梗塞并发出血8例报告

Bleeding cases roport about ceredral infarction treated by batroxobin (DF-521)

我们统计了我院急诊科和神经科一年来应用东菱精纯克栓酶(DF—521)治疗急性脑梗塞60例,其中8例并发出血,7例脑内出血,1例脑外出血,(男5例,女3例,年龄24～90岁)。8例中5例为大面积脑梗塞;5例合并高血症;4例在发病6小时后用药;3例合并应用抗血小板凝集药物。提示在应用DF—521治疗急性脑梗塞时下列情况需慎重应用:①大面积脑梗塞;②伴脑出血危险因素如高血压;③高龄;④梗塞时间较长及合并应用其它抗血小板凝集药物。

We count 60 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction who treated by Batroxobin (DF-521), among them 8 cases complicated by bleeding 7 cases in cranial, 1 cases in extrcranial (male 5, female 3, age 24-90); 5 cases of the 8 suffered from big area cerebral infarction, 5 cases compained with high blood pressure, 4 cases were administrated DF - 521 after 6h of attack, 3 cases were administrated DF - 521 combined with other antiplatelet coagulability drugs. The results indicated that when treating the patients with acute cerebral infarction by DF-521, we should be more carefull; 1. Big area infarction. 2. Companied with risk factors of cerebral hemorrhahe such as high blood pressure. 3. Senior patients. 4. It is a long time after the infarction >6 - 12h) and combined with other antiplatelet coagulability drugs.
