脑卒中时检测精氨酸的意义

摘要 精氨酸为细胞质及核酸构成的主要成分,是体内一氧化氮的基质,参与中枢神经系统的多种重要的生理病理代谢。引起人们的关注。本组采有氨基酸自动分析仪,检测了急性脑卒中100例(其中脑出血52例、脑梗塞48例)血液的精氨酸,并与50例正常健康人对比。结果:正常组为68.1±21.1μmol/L;出血组96.0±17.3μmol/L;梗塞组为114.3±39.6μmol/L;脑卒中病人与对照组比较,结果差异显著(P<0.01)。从而了解到急性脑卒中时,体内精氨酸的病理生理改变。不仅有助临床诊断,并为治疗进一步开拓思路。 Arginine is one of an important component of cytoplasm and nucleus acid, and is the metabolic intermediate of protein as well, even is the ground substance of nitric oxide, so it has been paid close attention to. For this reason, the argirine in blood of 100patients with acute stroke (among them cererbral hemorrhage was 52patients and cerebral infarction was 48patients)were examined, and it compared with 50norml control. The results were:the average of the normal control, group was 68. 1±21. 1μmol/L, hemorrhagic group was 96. 0±17. 3μmol/L, infarcted group was 114. 3±39. 6μmol/L. The contrast between the patients with stroke and normal were remarkable ( P <0. 01). Therefore the examination of arginine in blood of the patients with stroke is not only to know the change of the arginine in the acute period and guide us to dingnose, and also can open up a train of thought of new therapy.
