摘要
建筑企业为了在复杂多变、竞争激烈的市场中谋求长期的生存和发展,就必须着力培育和提高核心竞争力,如何实现核心能力的全面提升成为当前建筑企业关注的焦点问题。文章结合建筑业的行业特点,借鉴虚拟组织理论的思想方法,首先分析了建筑企业实施虚拟组织的优势所在,在此基础上着重论述了通过虚拟组织理论的思想方法如何在组织管理能力、技术、资金、质量、人才、市场开发能力方面弥补弱势,使建筑企业核心能力得到全面提升,从而彻底改变建筑业过度竞争以及低收益的现状,提升建筑业竞争层次。
For the development of construction enterprises in the serious competitive market, to cultivate and improve their core competitiveness is necessary; and how to realize the core competitiveness becomes the focus of present construction enterprises. Combing the industrial features of construction industry and using the virtual organization theory, this paper first analyzes the advantages of virtual organization in construction enterprises; and then focus on how to manage the organization by using virtual organization theory from the aspects of technology, fund, quality, talents and market ability in order to achieve a overall promotion of the enterprises' core competitiveness.
