和谐社会构建中的城乡经济一体化研究

On the Urban-Rural Economic Integration from the Perspective of Building a Harmonious Society

中国社会所经历的特定历史阶段和国家过去"工业优先发展"的经济政策造成了现在严重扭曲的城乡"二元经济"结构。围绕如何尽快破解"二元经济"、实现城乡经济一体化的课题,学术界形成了"城市优先发展论"和"农村优先发展论"两种不同的观点。文章认为:在目前,大力发展农村经济,认真贯彻中共十七届三中全会精神,是我国构建和谐社会、实现城乡经济一体化的必然选择。

The present ＂dual-economic structure＂ in China is economic policies of ＂priority on developing urban economy＇ caused by its specific historical reasons and the government＇s former ~ There are two sorts of theories in line with the resolution of ＂dual-economic structure＂ problem in China, with one emphasizing the priority of city development while the other stressing the importance of rural economic development. This paper attempts to illustrate from the perspective of building a harmonious society that at present fastening the rural economic development is of great importance to achieve the Rural-Urban Economic Integration.
