摘要
文章采用56家房地产上市公司2007年股票市场的数据,定量的分析了房地产业的规模经济效应,并应用数据包络分析法对我国房地产企业的规模经济效应进行评估。结果显示,我国房地产企业存在规模不经济现象。
Based on the stock market data of 56 real estate enterprises in 2007, this paper quantitatively analyzed the economies of scale in real estate; and then made assessment on real estate enterprises by Data Envelopment Analysis. The results show that real estate enterprises in China are in big scale but their economic revenue is low.
