摘要 半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C是由有核细胞产生的蛋白酶抑制剂,它被肾小球完全滤过,由肾小管重吸收并分解代谢,因此可以作为肾小球滤过率的内源性标志物。新近众多研究表明,用血浆半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制荆C浓度估算肾小球滤过率可与血清肌酐相媲美,并且很多学者依据半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C推导出许多估算肾小球滤过率的公式。除此之外,尿半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C也被发现是肾小管损伤早期的特异性标志物。本文就半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C在肾脏病领域应用进展予以综述。 Cystatin C is a protease inhibitor produced in a constant manner by nucleated cells. This mole-cule is freely filtrated by the glomerule and quite completely catabolized in the proximal tubules. Its plasmatic concentration might be endogenous maker of glomerular filtration rate(GFR). Many studies show that serum cystatin C is at least as good as serum crcatinine to estimate GFR,and researchers induced some formulaes for estimating GFR based on cystatin C. In addition, urinary cystatin C has been found to be specific maker of renal tubular early dysfunction. This article reviews applications of cystatin C in the field of kidney disease.
