多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女最常见的内分泌疾病,PCOS患者以长期不排卵或稀发排卵、卵巢多囊性增大、高雄激素血症为基本特征,临床表现异质性。PCOS不仅涉及生殖系统,而且是一个复杂的多系统综合征。近年愈来愈多的研究发现,PCOS患者存在胰岛素抵抗,目前许多学者对PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗的发生机制,诊断方法及治疗做了大量的研究,现对其予以综述。 Polycystie ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the commonest endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age. Its features are chronic anovulation or several ovulate, mutieystic augmentation of ovaries, high male hormone. Its clinical manifestation has heterogeneity. PCOS is not only involved in genital system, but also is a complex muhisystem, syndrome. Recently many researches demonstrated patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome has insulin resistance, this article reviewed the related researches about the progress of mechanism, diagnosis, treatment of Insulin resistance in patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome
