摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病相关终点事件的主要病因之一,严重威胁患者的生命。肾小球足细胞形态结构及其相关分子的改变在DN发生发展过程中起着重要作用,足细胞损伤可影响肾脏疾病的发生发展和预后。探讨足细胞损伤的机制不仅有利于阐明某些肾脏疾病的发生机制,也有助于肾脏疾病的治疗和转归。 Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is one of diabetes-related end points,which threats the patients seriously. The glomerulus changing of podocytes plays an important role in development of DN. Podocytes lesion closely relate to tumor's generation, development and prognosis of kidney diseases. Studying of the mechanism,drug prevention and treatment of podocytes lesion is helpful for clarifying the mechanism of kidney disorders, treatment and prognosis.
