淫羊藿苷药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Icariin Pharmacologic Action

淫羊藿苷（ICA）是温阳补肾中药淫羊藿的主要活性成分之一，对心脑血管、肾功能、生殖功能、免疫调节等都有作用。淫羊藿苷能增加心脑血管血流量，对心肌缺血有不同的改善，对脑血管有很好的保护作用；它还有补肾壮阳之功效，能促进造血功能，抗血栓形成，增强机体免疫功能，预防骨质疏松，抗肿瘤，抗衰老等。本文对ICA的药理作用研究概况予以综述。

Icariin （ICA） is an active component of epimedium and is effective on cardiovascular system, renal function, genital function and immunoregulation. Icariin can increase cardiovascular and cerebrovascular blood flow. It also has the effects of kidney yang, promoting hematopoietic function, anti-thrombosis, enhancing immune function, preventing osteoporosis, anti-tumor, anti-aging and so on. This paper reviewed the pharmacological effects of ICA.
