摘要 近来,间充质干细胞(MSCs)研究中的免疫生物特性越来越受到关注。MSCs是多潜能,具有自我修复和组织再生能力的细胞,其本身还具备低免疫原性和免疫调节功能,并显示出抗炎、免疫增强和免疫反应等多模式效应,正是由于MSCs所具有的这些免疫特性,使其在免疫抑制、移植,肿瘤治疗等临床应用方面具有广阔的潜能。本文旨在对处在免疫学背景下MSCs的生物特性及临床相关应用展开讨论及探索。 Recently,the immune biological characteristics of Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) study attain more and more attention. MSCs is pluripotent, has the ceils of self-healing and tissue regeneration capacity, also has low immunogenicity and immune regulation function, and shows anti-inflammatory, immune-enhancing and immune responses, because MSCs has these immune characteristics, MSCs has a broad clinical application potential in immunosuppression, transplant, cancer treatment. This paper will review the biological characteristics and clinical applications of MSCs.
