摘要 2005年,以分泌白细胞介素17(IL-17)为特征的辅助T细胞Th17细胞被认为是一种独特的Th细胞亚群,改变了人们对Th细胞的传统分类认识。Th17细胞参与炎症、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等很多疾病的发病过程中,细胞因子在Th17的生物学功能中起到重要作用。Th17的活化需要转化生长因子β、IL-6、IL-23等多种细胞因子参与,活化的Th17细胞进一步促进细胞因子分泌,Th17主要通过分泌IL-17、IL-21、IL-22、IL-26等细胞因子导致炎症和疾病发生。通过学习Th17相关细胞因子有助于进一步理解Th17的分化过程和致病机制。 T-helper17 (Th17) was considered to be a unique Th-cell subset characterized by production of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in 2005 and change the understanding to the traditional classification of Th cells. Th17 cells were involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases, including inflammatory, autoimmune diseases,cancer and etc. Cytokines play an important role in the biological function of Th17. TGF-β, IL-6, IL-23,and other cytokines were necessary in Th17 activation and the secreted cytokines by activated Th17 cells were further promoted. Inflammation and diseases were led by the cytokines secreted by Th17, including IL- 17, IL-21, IL-22, IL-26, and so on. The study of Th17-related cytokines is helpful to a better understanding of the differentiation process and pathogenic mechanism of Th17.
