摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长18~25个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA,能与靶mRNA的3’UTR碱基配对,通过抑制mRNA的翻译或直接使mRNA降解,在转录后水平使基因沉默。miRNA调节的基因调控机制与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。Let-7是目前研究最为广泛的miRNA之一。在多种肿瘤中,let-7表达下调,提示let-7必然与肿瘤存在一些重要的联系。本文就对let-7的生物学特性、作用机制与肿瘤的关系及其在肿瘤治疗方面的潜在作用进行综述。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a class of about 18 - 25 nucleotides (nt) noncoding RNAs. By binding to imperfect complementary sites in the 3 'untranslated regions(UTRs) of target mRNA, miRNAs repress the expression of target-gene post transcriptional. Let-7 is one of miRNA which is most widely researched ,which is a hotpoint of cancer research. In many kinds of tumors,the downredulation of let-7 shows it has important relations with tumors. This review focused on let-7 and discussed its generation, functional mechanisms relationship with tumors and its potential role in biological therapy for tumors.
