摘要
DNA在复制过程中常常自发地出现碱基错配,碱基错配由错配修复基因负责修复,从而使DNA复制错误减少1000倍以上。一旦错配修复基因发生缺陷,就会造成碱基错配的积聚,DNA突变率增加,在不能有效修复的情况下影响到癌基因和抑癌基因、细胞的增殖和凋亡,从而引起肿瘤发生。本文就错配修复基因与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展的相关性予以综述。
In the process of DNA reproduction often spontaneously emerge base mispairing, Mismatch repair gene take in charge of base mispairing, thus make DNA replication errors decrease more than 1000 times. The defect of mismatch repair gene will cause the accumulation of base mispairing and the increase of DNA mutation rate. Under the situation of no effective repair, oncogene and anti-oncogene, cell proliferation and apoptosis will be affected,, then cause tumors. The paper will review the relationship between the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma and mismatch repari genes.
