机体代谢与尿石症形成的相关性研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 尿石症是泌尿外科常见疾病,发病率呈上升趋势。其人群患病率为1%~5%,且治疗后易复发,10年后复发率高达50%。流行病学调查显示,随着居民营养状况的不断改善,泌尿系结石类型、部位和患病率发生了明显的变化。同时其病因复杂,是遗传、种族、营养、气候、代谢等因素共同作用导致的疾病。其中机体代谢异常与尿路结石形成关系密切。本文就目前国内外有关机体代谢与尿石症形成的相关性研究予以综述。 Urolithiasis is a conventional disease of urology surgery. The incidence of the disease has an increasing tendency. The morbidity rate is 1% - 5%, and is easy to recur after treatment. The recurrence rate is reach up to 50% after ten years. Epidcmiologic survey showed that with the continu- ous improvement of nutritional condition, urinary stone type, location and morbidity rate have obviously changed. And its pathogeny is complicate, which induced by heredity, race, nutrition, climate, metabolism and so on. The relation between metabolism abnormality and urinary calculus is close. This article reviews the relevance of research on metabolism and urolithiasis at home and abroad.
