多发性硬化（MS）是一种中枢神经系统炎症性脱髓鞘为主的自身免疫系统疾病。其在时间上及空间上的多发性导致其临床诊断相对困难，尤其是早期诊断。磁共振成像（MRI）对发现MS病灶十分敏感，有助于临床诊断。本文阐述了MS的MRI表现及其诊断价值，脊髓多发硬化病变在MRI的特征性表现，并阐述了MS特殊类型的MRI表现，还提出了MS与多发性脑梗死、脑转移瘤、髓内肿瘤在MRI中的区别。

Multiple sclerosis（MS） is an inflammatory demyelinating central nervous system-based au-to-immune diseases. In its time and space led to multiple clinical diagnosis is relatively difficult, especially early diagnosis. Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） is very sensitive to find the MS lesions, is helpful to clinical diagnosis. This paper will expound the MRI manifestation and diagnosis value of MS, the distinctive performance of spinal cord multiple sclerosis lesions in MRI and describe MRI performance of MS special type, raise the distinction between MS and multiple cerebral infarction, brain metastases, intramedullary tumor in MRI.
