摘要
通过测量稳态和瞬态工况下影响燃烧噪声的参数,实验研究了直喷式增压柴油机瞬态工况和稳态工况燃烧噪声。研究得出,瞬态工况燃烧噪声在恒转矩工况下随转速的上升呈现加速初段有一短暂的上升随后迅速下降,然后又开始增加的趋势,并从压力升高率和压力高频振荡结合增压对柴油机性能影响分析出其形成机理。
By measuring the parameters affecting combustion noise, an experimental study on combustion noise in a turboeharged direct-injection diesel engine under transient and steady-state conditions are conducted. The results indicate that under a transient operating condition with constant torque and increasing speed, the combustion noise of turbocharged diesel engine show a pattern of a temporary increase first, followed by a speedy drop, and then an increase again. The pattern is explained by analyzing the effects of pressure rising rate and high-frequency pres- sure oscillation on the combustion noise of turbocharged diesel engine.
