摘要
分析了医疗设备实行政府集中采购过程中出现的许多难以把握的问题,针对医疗设备等专用性较强物资的特殊性,充分应用现有的法规制度,提出了更加科学和更具操作性的解决办法。
The many difficult problems in the course of actual operation are introduced in more than 5 years withgovernmental centralized procurement of medical equipment.
