摘要 近年来热控设备相关技术不断提升,国产DCS系统在中小型电厂中得到广泛应用。当前新建火电机组或已经进行自动化改造的机组均采用了DCS模式,从控制技术看,实现该模式可提高机组整体的可控性,保证机炉协调控制,从而达到提高机组运行安全性、经济性的目的。山东光明热电股份有限公司对1#2#汽机热控系统进行了技术改造。 In recent years ,the thermal equipment promoted as well as the domestically produced DCS system′s in middle and small scale power plant widespread application unceasingly.Or already made the automated transformation according to the current newly built thermal power unit the unit to use the DCS pattern,looking from the control technology,realizes this pattern to be possible to enhance the unit whole the controllability,realizes machine the stove coordination control,thus achieves enhances the unit safety in operation,the efficient goal.The company has made the technological transformations to the 1#2# steam engine thermal system.
