摘要
刀具外包管理可以降低成本,增强企业的核心竞争力,在汽车制造企业中逐渐得到认可。本文对刀具外包管理中面临的诸多风险进行了分析,并系统地提出了风险控制的策略,为汽车制造企业的刀具外包决策提供理论依据。
The tool outsourcing management has obtained the approval in the automobile industry gradually, using it can reduce the cost, improve enterprise＇ s core competitiveness. This paper analyzed many kinds of risks in the automobile industry during the tool outsourcing management, and proposed the risk control strategy systematically, provided the basis theory for the automobile industry in tool outsourcing decision-making.
