摘要
主偏角为45°的可转位面铣刀是生产加工中经常使用的刀具。为了加快其设计速度,在分析了该系列面铣刀的设计特点后,利用Pro/E自带的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT建立了该系列面铣刀的参数化设计系统。本文阐述了该系统建立的步骤并进行了测试,测试结果表明,该系统可以加快面铣刀的设计速度。
The milling cutter whose main declination was 45° was frequently used in processing of producing products. In order to speed up the design speed, after analyzing the features of milling cutter, the parametric design system was established by the secondary development tool called Pro/TOOLKIT. The system was tested. Test results showed that the system could speed up the design speed of the milling cutter.
