摘要
基于图像识别的指示表自动检定系统,由CCD摄像头代替人眼采集百分表的图像,通过逻辑控制单元设计和控制程序设计将指示表检定与计算机自动控制相结合,经过科学计算得出指针在表盘上的示值。由计算机控制完成检定工作和数据处理,系统操作简便、可靠性好、准确性高、检定速度快。
Based on an automatic tester for pointer-type indicator of image recognition, test and data processing are completed by logic control unit and program control in the paper. Data are acquired by CCD camera through digital image processing. The instrument has features of high precision, reliable, efficiency and convenient in operation.
