人体嗜酸乳杆菌的分离与筛选

The Isolation and Screening of Lactobacillus acidophilus in Human Intestine

从昆明地区初生婴儿粪便中分离到１２株嗜酸乳杆菌，从中筛选出一株生长繁殖快、产酸能力强、凝乳状况及风味较好的优良菌株Ｌ３６，该菌株在牛乳中培养８ｈ活菌数可达１２×１０９个／ｍＬ，并能耐受质量分数为１０％的胆酸盐和０５％的酚．经过二年在牛乳中的连续培养及多次移殖，产酸能力显著提高，在牛乳中培养４８ｈ酸度从初分离时的８７５°Ｔ提高到１１３７°Ｔ，耐氧能力也有提高．

Twelve strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus were isolated from the feces of the neonantes in Kunming.An excellent strain L 3 6 was screened from them.The strain L 3 6 grows very well in milk and has a great ability to produce acid and curd milk which has a favourable taste.After 8 hr cultured in milk at 37℃,the number of living cells attained to 1 2×10 9/mL.It′s resistances to taurocholic acid and phenol were better,the tolerable concentration was 0 2% and 0 5% respectively.When succesive culturing and transferring in milk for 2 years,it was found that the ability of L 3 6 to produce acid and tolerance to oxygen was increased obviously.The acidity of milk increased from 87 5°T at first isolated to 113 7°T after two years later when L 3 6 was cultured in milk for 48 hr. It′s oxygen resistance also enhanced obviously.
