摘要
菌种与工艺的优化和菌种的使用与保藏.进一步研究了提高发酵液浓度生产中性蛋白酶,结果表明:在摇瓶条件下,以每克原料加入10U的α淀粉酶,发酵液浓度可增加为原浓度的2倍;在3t罐试验中,13.3%浓度下与在9.6%原参比浓度下相当,但利润有亏.后经深入研究,获得新的培养基原料配比,以每克原料加入0.84U的α淀粉酶,在质量分数为13.3%的发酵液浓度下,20t罐连续生产29批次,均保证了产品的质量与重量有较大提高.
The optimum seeking method of fine strains and productive technology was introduced in this paper.Using and conserving the strains also were concerned.The further research showed that the concentration of the fermentation broth increased 2 times compared to the controlled group when adding 10U α mylase in per gram material under thecondition of shaking flask.The concentration 13.3% with α amylase 10U/g(raw materials)was equal to the original concentration of 9.6% in the experimental production of 3 ton tank.But loss incurred in an enterprise.With a thorough investgation a new compsition of the medium was obtained,under the concentration of 13.3% into which 0.84u α amylase was added.the 20 ton tank can be produced 29 tanks continuously.This assue the advance of the quanlity and quatity of the product.
