摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成二氧化钛包裹竹红菌素纳米粒,并利用透射电镜和粒度分析仪对其形貌和粒子大小进行测定,证明粒子呈球形,平均直径在100nm左右;采用紫外和荧光光谱研究二氧化钛包裹竹红菌素纳米粒的光谱性质,并与未包裹的竹红菌素在水溶液中的光谱性质进行了比较,结果表明,竹红菌素被成功地包裹于二氧化钛纳米粒中;包裹后竹红菌素的光谱吸收峰红移,强度增加.由此,将有利于竹红菌素在光动力疗法中的应用.
Hypocrellin encapsulated in titanium dioxide nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method. The TEM and grading analysis technique were used to investigate the surface morphology and the grain diameter of the resultant nanoparticles. A uniform core shell structure with mid-diameter of 120 nm was clearly observed. The nanoparticles were characterized with UV-vis and FL techniques. The results suggested that hypocrellin has been successfully encapsulated in titanium dioxide nanoparticle, and nanoshells display a strong absorption with bathochromic shift for UV-vis spectra and increased FL intensity, comparing with hypocrellin in the aqueous solution. The hypocrellin was entrapped in TiO2, thus it will be beneficial to the application in photodynamic treatment.
