Effect of AKP on the Standard of Immune Organ and Cytokines of the Mice

ＡＫＰ（ＡｍｏｒｐｈｏｐｈａｌｕｓｋｏｎｊａｃＫＫｏｈｎＰｏｗｄｅｒ）具有明显促进小鼠免疫功能的作用，对胸腺指数和脾指数具有增高作用．将小鼠ＭΦ用ＬＰＳ（１０μｇ／ｍＬ）孵育１８～２４ｈ后，培养上清ＩＬ１和ＴＮＦα水平均随ＡＫＰ浓度的增加而增加，表明ＬＢＰ２对ＭΦ合成和释放ＩＬ１、ＴＮＦα具明显促进作用．此外，ＡＫＰ对小鼠血清中ＴＮＦα水平也有一定的促进作用．

AKP(Amorphophallus konjac K Kohn Powder enhanced the function of the mice.It could markedly accelerated thymus index and spleen index.AKP was shown to signigicantly induced extracellular production of interleukin 1(IL 1)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)with LPS(10μg/mL)in 18～24 hours.Moreover,AKP increasesd the level of TNF α in serum of the mice.
