Application Research on the Benefit Allocation Project for Design Partners of Virtual Enterprises

在分析虚拟企业设计合作伙伴利益分配方案研究现状的基础上,应用投资评估理论、对策理论、满意度理论、绩效评价理论,提出了基于投资额、满意度和实际贡献大小的虚拟企业设计合作伙伴三阶段、九步骤利益分配系数确定模型;设计出了基于投资额的设计合作伙伴三步骤利益分配系数初步确定、基于伙伴满意度的设计合作伙伴三步骤利益分配系数协商调整、基于实际贡献大小的设计合作伙伴三步骤利益分配系数确定过程模型,并结合某宇航设备制造公司某产品的虚拟合作设计实际进行了应用研究,形成了其盟主及3个设计合作伙伴的最终利益分配方案。

Based on the analysis of existing benefit allocation project for design partners of virtual enterprises, and by employing the investment appraisal theory, the correlative game theory, the degree of satisfaetion theory and the actual contribution theory, three phases ners of virtual enterprises concerning benefit allocation and nine steps were set up for the design part-coefficient according to the amount of total investments, the degree of satisfaction and the actual contribution. And then, based on the number of the total investments, the first confirmation of the three-step benefit allocation project was designed; based on the degree of satisfaction, a new conferring project on the three-step benfit allocation was put forward; based on the actual contribution of the design partners, the final confirmation process coefficient of the three-step benefit allocation project was put forward. Lastly, by integrating into the project the virtual design of products in some aviation instruments manufacture corporation, the final benefit allocation project was formed for both its alliance host and three manufacture patrners.
