摘要
OPPC(Optical Phase Conductor)是电力通信系统的一种新型特种光缆,是在传统的相线结构中将光纤单元复合在导线中的光缆,使之具有传输电能及通信的双重功能。为有效利用现有中低压配网资源,降低通信线路投资成本,江西鹰潭供电公司在国家电网公司10 kV系统率先采用OPPC复合光缆架空相线。通过对10 kV梅开线OPPC改造工程可行性分析、计算,确定将该线B相导线更换为OPPC光缆,并一次投运成功。该工程的成功投运标志着江西省电力系统通信线路架设方式将进入新的阶段。
OPPC, a new type special cable, which set optical fiber unit in cable in traditional phase wires, has the feature of double function of electric power transmission and telecommunication. In order to effectively utilize low voltage distributing network and reduce the investment on communication lines, Yingtan Electric Power Corporation adopted OPPC fiber composite overhead phase wires the 10 kV line in advance. Through analysis and calculation on the OPPC reform of 10 kV Mei-Kai Line, it is decided that applied OPPC cable instead of B phase wires.
