摘要
城市电网是电力系统的重要组成部分,随着城市规模的扩大和经济的发展,城市电网将面临规模迅速拓展,供电可靠性和供电质量要求越来越高的挑战。本文将社会单位用电创产值指标和可靠性指标综合应用于110 kV电网接线,通过建设投资与可靠性的量化,计算出综合指标年费用,进行110 kV电网接线的分析比较,为今后电网规划、输变电工程设计等工作的开展奠定基础。
With the urban expansion and economic development, urban power grid, an essential component of electric system, will face with increasingly formidable challenges from rapid scale expansion, power supply reliability and quality. Through the comprehensive application of the output value index of per unit electricity consumption and reliability index to the planning of 110 kV distribution network, this paper provides a quantitative approach to the grid planning differentiation and establishes the solid foundation for carrying out the prospective work including grid planning, power transmission and distribution project based on the quantitative comparison between construction investment and reliability along with the significance of power load.
