摘要 在滚动轴承类型和型号的选择过程中,会经常出现所选用的轴承不能适用于实际的工作环境,其所受的冲击载荷超出了该轴承的许用载荷。深沟球轴承和圆锥滚子轴承应用广泛,以这两类滚动轴承为例,基于VB6.0软件开发了滚动轴承冲击载荷计算程序,实现了对滚动轴承冲击载荷的计算,并且将其值与对应轴承型号的许用载荷进行校核,对提高滚动轴承的冲击载荷计算的效率、精度、可靠性及滚动轴承选型的合理性具有重要意义。 In the selection of rolling bearing's types and models, some selected bearings can not be applied to the actual working environment, suffered the impact load in excess of the allowable load. Deep groove ball bearing and tapered roller bearing are widely used. Take these two kinds of rolling bearing as an example, based on the research of Visual Basic 6.0, designed the impact load computing program of rolling bearing. It can not only auto-calculate on the impact load, but also carry out check between its value and the corresponding allowable load. It had the vital significance in enhancing the efficiency, the precision, the reliability of the impact load of rolling bearing automatic computation and the rationality of selection the rolling bearing.
