摘要
阐述了在大规模定制模式下产品族配置管理的需求,提出了一种基于单层BOM产品族配置管理模型及其计算机实现方法:采用单层BOM原理建立基础物料库,将产品族BOM结构树上每个节点所对应的零部件从基础物料库中映射出来,形成一个产品族BOM结构。在产品族BOM的支持下利用筛选规则和产品配置规则的约束来从基础物料库中自动选择满足产品设计要求的零部件。在实现产品配置的同时,解决了产品族管理中数据冗余的问题。
Described the demand of product family configuration design in Mass customization model. A mono-tier-BOM-based product family configuration management model and its implementation has been illustrated, and this method adopted the principle of mono-tier BOM to set up Library-based materials. Each item in the BOM structure of the product family can be mapped from the basic material database. Supported by the product family BOM, components and parts of a new product can be select from the basic material database refer to the criteria of sieving and configuration. This method realized the product family configuration design and solved the data redundancy of product family configuration management.
