摘要
液压传动因其独有的优点广泛用于各种生产设备,但由于液压系统油液的易污染性和液压元件对污染油液的敏感性而故障频发。液压系统的元件和介质都工作在密闭的油路中,其故障既不像机械设备那样直观易见,也不像电气设备那样方便易检,反而较难检查和诊断,而且随着机电液一体化技术和各种控制技术的不断引入而日趋严重。介绍了几种简便、实用的故障快速诊断方法,提高了系统故障诊断的准确性、快速性和科学性,为维修提供了实用、可靠的技术策略。实践表明,该法比传统的故障诊断方法效率大大提高,装拆工作量大大减少,具有较高的实用推广价值。
