摘要
大学图书馆员无论是在学科背景上、专业能力上,还是在个人兴趣上都存在着差异。因此,他们的专业发展采取多元取向,是一种务实而又积极有效的方式。通常他们的取向至少有6个方面:业务支持馆员、基础咨询辅导员、计算机网络技术支持专家、学科信息咨询专家、服务开发与文化建设顾问、图书馆业务培训专家。
There are some differences in university librarians, such as subject background, professional competence and personal interest. So the professional development of the university librarians should take diversification orientation, which is pragmatic positive and effective. The diversification orientation usually include operational support staff, basis consulting counselors, computer net-work technology support specialists, information subject experts, service development and cultural construction consultants and library training experts.
