网纹甜瓜试管苗玻璃化成因研究 被引量:5

摘要 以日本伯爵系列网纹甜瓜R97和国内网纹甜瓜品种顶峰3号为试材,探讨了组培过程中不同封口材料、继代次数、培养条件、琼脂用量、蔗糖浓度和激素水平对试管苗玻璃化的影响。结果表明,以塑料薄膜为封口材料、增加继代次数、高温和低光强、较低的蔗糖和琼脂用量、较高浓度的6-BA均会导致试管苗玻璃苗百分率的增加,并初步得出试管苗玻璃化的防治措施。 The netted melon cultivar R97 (belong to Japanese duke series)and Dingfeng No. 3 (belong to the domestic variety)were used for the tissue culture to study the effects of different seal material, different number of subculture, culture condition, different concentration of sucrose and agar and plant growth regulators concentration on vitro plantlet vitrification of melon. The results showed that using plastic membrane to seal, increasing number of subculture, high temperature, low light intensity,decreasing concentration of sucrose and agar in the culture medium, and controlling the content of 6 - BA at higher level could make the increasing the percentage of vitrified plantlet. In addition,the measure to prevent the occurrence of vitrified in vitro plantlet had elementarily obtained.
