话务员座席系统在大型程控交换机中是一个相对独立的部分，也是一个复杂的多任务、分布式系统．采用Ｃ／Ｓ的设计思想，给出了话务员座席系统的一个完整的方案，并具体介绍了座席控制系统服务器和座席台客户程序的设计及实现．

Operator's Station System is a complex multitask distributed system. It is an independent part in large size SPC exchange. A complete design of operators station system is given by using client/server idea. The design and realization of operators station control server and operators station client are introduced.
