This article specifies that the viscosity of solder paste is one of the key specifications determining its print quahty on anglysis of its ingredients, rheology and viscosity measurement. The five factors affecting viscosity are introduced as the content of metal alloy powder,powder size, temperature,rotating speed and printing operation.
