摘要
从虚拟制造环境的实现出发,分析了结构式对象建模方法,在此基础上定义了虚拟制造环境类结构模型,并给出其中四个类定义.
The market oriented and customer oriented production has now been the main mode of modern manufacture. The issues of how to give a fast response to the market and how to carry out a best combination and scheduling of the resources of production by an enterprise ask one to study the complicated manufacturing system, and to develop a mode for the system with scientific abstraction as well as to analyze visually, quickly and scientifically, all sorts of the problems in the manufacturing system of the products so as to meet the demand of the customers in a short period and at a low cost. In this case, virtual design, virtual manufacturing and virtual assembly etc. under virtual manufacturing environment would have to be studied. Based on the realization of the virtual manufacturing environment, the features of the object oriented modeling is analyzed. According to the four models developed with the structured object modeling method, the object model in the virtual manufacturing environment (VME) is discussed, and four basic classes in VME are described.
