CTI技术集成了电话的通信功能和计算机的信息处理功能,可以在传统通信线路上与其他交换设施配合实现呼叫控制、综合消息处理以及回叫等业务,在电力系统调度通信中已获得广泛应用。宁夏电力调度中心采用的DRS数字录音监听系统实现了远程数据查询、远程播放历史录音、远程维护等功能。

CTI （Computer Telecommunication Integration ）technology integrates the communication function of the telephone and the information processing function of the computer, cooperates with other switching installation to realize the function of calling control, comprehensive news processing and answering calling on the traditional communication line. It has been widely used in dispatching communication of the electric power system. Ningxia Electric Power Dispatching Center adopts DRS （d!gital and recording system） to realize long-distance data interrogate, remote control broadcasting historical record and remote control maintenance.
