Study on Bid Decision Model for Construction Project

在分析投标报价决策过程的基础上，研究了投标报价决策中主要因子及其特征，提出以报价决策可控因子为基础的报价决策模型，研究了辅助报价决策模式，并给出了应用实例．

Bid decision influences the existence and development of a construction enterprise. Bid decision for construction project needs many supporting information resources and the decision model is the main frame of the computer aided bid decision system. The decision model determines the management method of information resources, so it is the basis for studying and developing this kind of system. The program of bid decision is analyzed, and the decision model for bid decisions is studied. An application of the proposed model in computer aided construction bid of the Three Gorges Project is given at the end.
