Training teaching skills is not only necessary for teaching practice, but also consists of one of the core courses in education discipline. Classroom observing ability aids the development of specific teaching skills, however, most students tend to display weak observing ability. This article explores and practices a series of effective methods on how to foster classroom observation ability of normal college students of English major.
