摘要
建立了任意空间抛物线的数学模型和五坐标的编程模型,提出了空间抛物线的迭代插补方法及旋转坐标和线性坐标的插补方法,推导出速度误差、弓高误差和旋转坐标误差的误差估计公式,实例分析表明,该方法具有较小的速度误差和轨迹误差.
To realize multi axis machining for parts of complicated shapes with high precision and high efficiency, one important way is to enhance data processing ability of CNC system, i.e., the ability to interpolate arbitrary curves. A mathematical model and 5 axis programming pattern for arbitrary parabola is developed, and an iterated interpolation method for arbitrary parabola and interpolation methods for rotating coordinates and linear coordinates is suggested. Interpolation error estimation formulas for speed error, arc height error and rotating coordinate error are derived. Theoretical analysis and case study show that the method proposed is of low speed error and locus error.
