农村养老保险法律制度研究

A Research on the Legal System of Rural Endowment Insurance

从我国农村养老的现状入手,分析了我国农村养老保险法律制度及其实施过程中存在的问题,在借鉴国外(主要是德国和日本)的农村养老保险模式的基础上,从立法及法律的实施角度提出了完善农村社会养老保险法律制度的建议。

Based on the status of China＇ s rural endowment insurance, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the legal system and implementation process of it. In the light of the foreign model of rural endowment insurance, such as in Germany and Japan, this paper provides some suggestions of improving the legal system of rural endowment insurance.
