摘要
结合抽样调查数据,对郑州地区砖混结构房屋的使用寿命以及勘察设计、施工质量、人为损伤、构件老化和环境影响等因素对砖混结构房屋使用寿命的影响进行了分析。
Based on the sample of extant brick - concrete structure buildings in Zhengzhou, service life of ex- tant brick - concrete structure buildings and the influencing factors including survey, design, construction quality, damage, element aging and environmental impact are analyzed.
