摘要
通过实地调查、访谈和阅读文献的方法，对美国社区精神卫生服务的组织和发展模式进行研究。研究启示：中国发展社区精神卫生服务势在必行；社区精神卫生服务要求培训专业的临床社会工作者；尽快建立社区精神卫生服务标准，探索社区精神卫生服务的新模式；加强群众健康教育，使群众能够走进社区中心接受服务。
Through investigation, interview and literature statistics, the researcheres studied the or- ganization and developing model of community mental health service in USA. The results showed that it is imperative to develop community mental health service in China. It would be in need of training professional clinic social workers and setting up service criterion for Chinese community mental health service. Exploring the new model of community mental health service and strengthening health education would help more peo- ple like to receive service available in their community.
